The Rehoboth Fellowship Church was organized and planted in May 2017. The origin of the Church name is found in Genesis 26:22. The Church motto is “the Place of God with His Space for All.” The Reverend Doctor Tommie Jackson serves as Pastor at Rehoboth.
Rehoboth is a ministry with an intentional mandate to fulfill the Great Commission of Matthew 28:18-20. The Church believes in evangelizing, enrolling people to become disciples and educating the world through the Gospel. The Bible is taught and proclaimed with inspiration and information sharing under Holy Spirit anointing.
The Church meets at 273 Greenwich Avenue, Stamford, Connecticut on what is often referred to as “the Waterside.” Worship is held on Sunday at 9:00 am.
At the present, due to the COVID pandemic, the congregation meets virtually through Facebook on Sunday at 9:00 am. The livestream broadcast is found at Rehoboth Stamford. Listeners may call in at (605) 313-5141 to share in the Sunday morning worship.
During this pandemic, the Church gathers nightly in worship from Monday through Saturday at 6:00 pm petitioning the Lord to Heal the Land. The Prayer and Praise Line number is (605) 313-5141 with Access Code 841356. Also, there is Wednesday morning prayer at 6:00 am that includes a meditation.
Despite social distancing, the congregation remains spiritually connected and mission minded. It still provides outreach internally and externally to distressed and impacted people. Further, regular communications are extended to the congregation through its Pastor.
